Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: Grade 12/Senior Certificate. Experience: Appropriate experience of Information Management within an Hospital environment. Knowledge of Health Information Policies and Systems such as CLINICOM, TIER.NET, SINJANI, SPV and HECTIS. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to accept accountability and responsibility and to work independently and unsupervised.

Duties

To ensure correctness, accuracy and qualitative checking of data. The capturing and the generating of hospital data reports Effectively and efficiently perform the activities CLINICOM, TIER.NET, SINJANI, SPV and HECTIS. Health Information Systems (HIS), and ensuring the safe, secure, and compliant storage of all data and record information. To provide administrative and operational support role to the unit and management.
