Requirements

An NQF level 7 qualification as recognized by SAQA. Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience at a middle/senior managerial level. SMS Pre-Entry (Nyukela) Certificate upon appointment. Valid driver’s license except for people living with disabilities. Core & Process Competencies: People Management and Empowerment. Programme & Project Management. Financial Management. Duties

Oversee the provision of executive, secretarial and administrative support services Oversee the coordination of departmental exco, parliamentary cluster management and related structures processes. Oversee the provision of governance framework and regulatory compliance. Oversee the implementation of shareholder’s compact or service delivery agreements. Oversee the facilitation of stakeholder interface and coordination mechanism including meeting between executing authority and entity management. Oversee the resources (financial, human and physical) in the directorate.
