Requirements

An undergraduate qualification in Public Administration / Public Management / Business Administration / Business Management / Office Management at NQF Level 6 as recognised by SAQA. No experience required. Never participated in any internship programme (for both public and private sectors). Knowledge: Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). Public Service Regulations (PSR). Public Service Act (PSA). Treasury Regulations, Basic Accounting Systems (BAS). Minutes writing. Relevant legislation/ policies/ prescripts and procedures. Department's policies and relevant procedures. Skills: Computer Literacy. Interpersonal. Communications (verbal and written). Listening. Analytical skills. Problem Solving. Presentation. Report writing. Planning and organising.

Duties

Provide assistance in UIF national appeal cases referred by provinces. Provide Assistance with Secretariat, administration and support services to the Board and its Committees. Provide assistance in technical/ general support on enquiries referred to the Board and its Committees. Assist in supply chain management process, logistical arrangement and maintenance of the asset register.
