Requirements

An undergraduate qualification in Accounting Sciences/ Financial Management/ Commerce at NQF Level 6 as recognised by SAQA. No experience required. Never participated in any internship programme (for both public and private sector). Knowledge: Generally Recognised Accounting Practices (GRAP). Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). Public Service Act (PSA). National Treasury MTEF Guidelines. Treasury Regulations. Unemployment Insurance Act (UIA). Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act (UICA). International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Skills: Communication (both verbal and written). Financial Management. Computer Literacy. Time Management. Creative. Report Writing. Planning and Organising. Analytical. Numeracy.

Duties

Administer effective budget process in the Fund. Provide support in the budget, governance and compliance. Assist in preparing budget reports. Provide support in external/ internal reports.
