Requirements

An undergraduate qualification in Social Work/ Psychology at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA. No experience required (Never participated in any Internship Programme (both Public / Private sector). Knowledge: Employee Health Wellness Programs. Mental Health Care. Occupational Health and Safety Act. Departmental policies and procedures. Skills: Counselling. Motivational. Problem Solving. Presentation. Planning and Organizing. Communication. Computer Literacy. Report Writing. Creativity. Numeracy.

Duties

Provide support in the management of Employee Health and Wellness programmes. Provide assistance in the management of HIV/ AIDS, TB Programmes and chronic illness. Provide assistance in the management of Health and Productivity programmes.
