Requirements

An undergraduate qualification in Operations Management/ Computer Science/ Informatics at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA. No experience required. Never participated in any internship programme (for both public and private sector). Knowledge: Operations Systems. Systems Development and Database Management. Skills: Report writing. Computer Literacy. Communication. Research Methodology. Analytical and Creativity. Problem Solving. Presentation. Planning and Organizing.

Duties

Administer the registration of new users on the operational system. Maintain user management on the operational system. Administer operational system on calls logged.
