Requirements

A National Senior Certificate / an equivalent plus an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Human Resource Management / Development / Public Management / Public Administration or an equivalent qualification in the relevant field / area as recognized by the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA). A minimum of two (02) years’ experience in Human Resource Management environment. PERSAL Certificate / Results.

Duties

Responsibilities: Facilitate Recruitment & Selection, Appointments and Probation processes. Capture/update PERSAL establishment and personal information on the PERSAL system. Facilitate Transfers, Secondments, Grade progressions and Translations. Facilitate Human Resource Planning, Information and Systems.
