Requirements

The applicant must be in possession of a Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification; Knowledge of personnel registry; Basic knowledge of PERSAL and Archive Rules pertaining to personnel records are additional recommendation; Good organisational skills, communication skills (Verbal and Written); Computer and interpersonal relations skills are essential; Ability to deal with confidentiality matters, work under pressure and work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for writing of standard letters to institutions and government departments; Handling basic enquiries on PERSAL; Ensuring that new personnel files are opened and that records are well maintained; Receiving and posting of documents; Maintaining registers and files.
