Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject and /or Senior Certificate with experience/competencies that focus on the Key Performance Areas (KRA’s) of the post. Experience: Appropriate experience of Financial Management within an Hospital environment. Knowledge of the Public Financial Management Act (PFMA). Knowledge of the LOGIS and BAS systems. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy. Good Numeracy skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to accept accountability and responsibility and to work independently and unsupervised.

Duties

Capture Invoices. Capture and Pre-Authorise Payments. Supplier Account Reconciliation. Financial Administration of Sundry Accounts. Financial Records and Filing Management.
