Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject. Experience: Appropriate and relevant experience of Creditors Maintenance. Experience of Bas and Logis. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Analytical thinking, planning and organisational skills. Knowledge of ESL, and EPS systems. Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word and Outlook). Good interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), National Treasury Regulations and Procurement and Finance related prescripts.

Duties

Verify and process creditor’s payments within the 30day payment threshold on Logis & Bas. Apply and verify SCOA application. Perform supplier reconciliations and accounts maintenance. Document control and timeous resolution of supplier and management queries. Maintain an accurate accounting system. Perform relief duties and assist with general tasks within Supply Chain Management Maintain accurate filling system.
