ADMINISTRATION CLERK: SUPPORT

Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate Grade 12(or equivalent). Inherent requirements of the job: Willingness to work overtime. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Practical computer literacy, especially in the Windows programmes (MS Word, Excel and Outlook). Professional telephone etiquette and office management experience. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent time management, organizational and good interpersonal skills.

Duties

Assist with administrative functions related to Personnel recordkeeping, capturing of NIMS related data, minute taking, preparation of documents, telephone messaging, maintain dairy and appointment. Assist Assistant Manager Nursing: PHC, Supervisor, and staff with administrative processes. Effective meeting management (minute taking and logistical arrangements). Maintain registers for statutory registrations (SANC, HPCSA). Presenting of information on request. Distributing and delivering of documents with due dates. Effective administrative support and coordination to departments to ensure efficient operations.
