Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent). Experience: Appropriate experience in general office administration functions. Appropriate experience in managing a switchboard and reception area. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel. Good written and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. Knowledge of the Western Cape Government policies and guidelines and Control Policy.

Duties

To render an effective professional Reception and administrative support service to the Central Laundry Services. Manage communication and correspondence efficiently. Effectively and efficiently capturing all Laundry related statistics and database maintenance. Assist with enquiries and provide support.
