Grade 12 plus a Higher Certificate in Office Administration/Public Administration (NQF Level 5) Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of clerical duties practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collect statistics. Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the public service. Demonstrable competency in acting Independently, Professionally, Accountable and with Credibility. Excellent communication and administrative skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent administrative skills and problem-solving skills. Computer skills such as MS word, Excel, Ms Office suite and Outlook. Flexibility. Document administration, planning and organizing skills.
Duties
Provide administration; maintain records; process transactions and correspondence; support resources, clients and reporting.
