Requirements

A Senior Certificate/ National Certificate (Vocational) NQF level 4 plus a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Information Technology Systems. Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required: of Knowledge Public Service Regulations. Knowledge of Labor Relations Act. Knowledge of NaTIS. Knowledge of Human Resource Management and Labour Relations. Knowledge of Training Developments. Knowledge of Road Traffic Legislation. Knowledge of Traffic Management System. Knowledge of delegation of Authority pertaining to the Directorate. Knowledge of Skills Development Act. Knowledge of Provincial Growth and Development Plan. Knowledge of the Public Service Act. Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles. Facilitation Skills. Decision-making Skills. Computer Skills. Analytical Skills. Time Management Skills. Teamwork Skills. Problem Solving skills. Leadership Skills. Communication Skills. The ideal candidate must be proactive, innovative, honest, have integrity, be reliable, committed, professional and punctual. He/she must be an innovative thinker and have the ability to negotiate and interpret and apply policy and legislation.

Duties

Ensure that calls are logged for NaTIS and eye test system calls for the province. Maintain NaTIS templates for users in the province. Update user records and maintain a filing system. Provide consistent provision of high-quality service, maintaining effective and efficient service delivery. Render supervision services to staff.
