Requirements

A National Diploma in Public Management/ Public Administration/ Administration/ Office Management/ Fleet Management. A minimum of One (1) – two (2) years’ experience in Fleet and Travel Management. Knowledge of administration procedures. Knowledge and understanding of administrative, corporate travel, and facilities support services. Basic financial management and knowledge of PFMA. Knowledge Management. Communication, problem solving and analysing skills. People and Diversity Management. Client orientation and Customer Focus. Accountability and ethical conduct.

Duties

Provide coordination support in pool vehicle usage. Provide administrative assistance with travel logistics. Assist in administration of the subsidised vehicle scheme. Liaise with various service providers regarding fleet and travel related matters. Provide effective office administration and facilities coordination. Provide procurement support services. Monitor the usage of vehicles. Serve as a secretary for the Provincial Transport Advisory Committee.
