Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent). Experience: Appropriate support services administration and contract management experience. Inherent requirements of the job: A valid (code B/EB) driver’s licence and expected to provide a support service within the Matzikama SD. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy (MS Office Excel, Word, and Outlook). Good written and verbal communication. Excellent organisational skills, the ability to function independently as well as in a multi-disciplinary team. Knowledge of waste management and government transport. Knowledge of telecommunication, porter, and laundry services.

Duties

Effective and efficient control of the transport section and technical services. Effective control and efficient operating of laundry unit and linen bank. Management of the grounds and the cleaning services as well as security. Ensure effective management of food services component. Manage telecommunication and perform general supervision and development of support services personnel.
