A three year-tertiary qualification (NQF level 6) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Informatics / Financial Information Systems / Finance related qualification / Public Management. 3 – 5 years’ experience in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Support Procurement Support and Financial Accounting. (SAP FI, MM) and training. 3 – 5 years’ experience in a full cycle of project implementation as well. Both ERP support system support and project management experience are mandatory requirements for these posts. Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) Knowledge of Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA) Knowledge of customer relationships in a shared services environment.
Duties
To provide system support to all GPG SAP/SRM users on transversal systems. Monitor compliance and enforce prescribed legislation, policies, and guidelines relating to transversal systems. Render support services and guidance to transversal systems users. Co-ordinate the capacity building of transversal system users. Monitor access management of transversal systems closely with SAPSRMERP and SAPAUTH teams. Administrative management of the Section/Unit; Supervise and manage tasks assigned to specialist super users (SAP/SRM System Support Team).
