Requirements

An appropriate and recognized NQF level 6 qualification in Development Studies / Public Management / Administration / Community Development qualification plus 3 years relevant experience at a supervisory level in empowerment environment. Proficiency in relevant word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software packages. Possession of a valid driver’s licence.

Duties

Implement Youth Development Programmes. Facilitate Women Empowerment Programmes. Administer the implementation of empowerment Programmes for People with Disability. Provide administrative support services. Provide advice and guidance and input to policy.
