An NQF level 6 Diploma in Plant or Crop Production. Compulsory registration with SACNASP as a Candidate Certificated Natural Scientist and a valid driver’s licence. Experience: No experience required. Knowledge: Scientific methodologies, research and development, knowledge of legal compliance. Skills: Computer-aided scientific applications, technical report writing, Decision making, analytical skills, creativity, self-management, customer focus and responsiveness, communication, computer literacy, planning and organising, conflict management, problem solving and analysis.
Duties
Assist in the implementation of methodologies, policies, systems and procedures. Provide technical support and recommendations/advice. Assist in development of databases, data management and subsequent analysis. Conduct research and development. Assist with administrative and related functions.
