A National Diploma in Public Management or related qualification, Degree will be an added advantage. A minimum of three (3) years’ working experience in rendering administration functions and two (2) years supervisory working experience. Good knowledge of Skills Development Act 1998, (SDA), Trade Test Regulations, Criteria and Guidelines for the implementation of Artisan Recognition of Prior Learning (ARPL). Knowledge of National Artisan Moderation Body (NAMB) and the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO). Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point). Report writing, planning, organizing, verbal and written communication skills. presentation skills, problem solving, administration, filing and time management skills.
Duties
Recommend Trade test Registration leaves Manage PMDS for the Trade Test Registration. Ensure that compliant candidates are registered and confirmation of trade test date is issued. N.B. All shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a relevant competency exercise.

Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. One of the minimum entry requirements for the SMS position is the Pre-entry Certificate. No appointment will occur without successfully completing the pre-entry certificate and submission thereof.
