Requirements

National Senior Certificate or NQF Level 4. No experience Required. Knowledge and Skills: EPWP phase 3 / 5 guidelines, National Development Plan, Ministerial Determination, EPWP recruitment guidelines, Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, Act No.108 of 1996, Skills Development Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act. Good verbal and written communication, Computer skills, Teamwork, Flexibility, Problem solving, Conflict management.

Duties

Office support; Capture data from available records into the required formats e.g. databases, table, spreadsheet, submit data, verify query missing data and errors observed during data entry, Review and validate all data from the records, Update registers and statistics, Make regular backups of data, Provide information to components, Keep and maintain records and files, Ensure records and files are properly sorted and secured.
