The Z83 is the official Application for Employment form issued by the Department of Public Service and Administration, and every national and provincial post requires it. You can fill in the real gazetted form on this site and download it completed, with the post title, department and reference already carried across from whichever vacancy you opened.

The Public Service Vacancy Circular is a document DPSA publishes every Friday, listing every vacancy across national and provincial government. It runs to several hundred pages as a PDF, which is difficult to search on a phone.
