Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate 0–1-year relevant experience. Practical PERSAL experience will serve as an advantage. Computer Literacy. A Valid driver’s license. Competencies: Honesty and integrity, flexibility, computer skills. Good verbal and written communication skills, teamwork.
Duties
Ensuring correct implementation and capturing of appointments, promotions, translations, secondments, and transfers on the PERSAL System. Assist in the administration of service termination timeously on PERSAL. Attending Human Resource related enquiries. Provide Human Resource technical support during shortlisting’s and interviews.
