Requirements

Recognized Degree/National Diploma in Human Resource or relevant qualification. 1-2 years’ experience in the recruitment and selection environment. Computer literate. Valid driver’s licence. Competencies And Attributes: Financial management, problem solving and decision-making. Plan, organise, lead and control. Change management. Team leadership. Project management, presentation, conflict management, report writing, training and development, facilitation and training skills. Time management. Confidentiality. Coaching and mentoring. Applied strategic thinking. Willingness to travel.

Duties

Implement the HR provisioning policies. Compile and prepare recruitment and selection memoranda in accordance with HR recruitment and selection procedures. Forward relevant documentation to Security Standards for vetting and clearance processes. Coordinate logistical arrangements, including travel, accommodation, venues and catering services. Ensure effective document management, filing and safekeeping of recruitment and selection records. Management of resources. Management of performance information.
