REGISTRY CLERK: FACILITIES

Requirements

The ideal candidate must be in possession of a Senior Certificate/ Grade 12 with no experience required. Essential Knowledge, Skills And Competencies Required: The successful candidate must have knowledge of: Registry procedures; Archives Act; Performance management procedures and policies; Good communication and writing skills; use of computer equipment and program; Communication skills (written and verbal) with other government organisations and private sector.

Duties

The successful candidate will be required to provide registry services with the following key responsibilities: - Provide registry counter services; Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence; Render an effective filing and record management service; Process documents for archiving and disposal.
