Skills in the following: Computer literacy; Planning and organising; Good communication (written and verbal); Flexibility and Teamwork.
Duties
Provide registry counter services; Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence; Render an effective filling and record management service; Operate office machines in relations to the registry function; Process documents for archiving disposal.
