SENIOR ADMINISTRATION OFFICER: PERSAL AUDITING

Requirements

National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification. At least 3 years’ experience in PERSAL and HR related fields. Successfully passed the PERSAL course. Experience in conducting inspections/audits will be an added advantage. Computer literate. Valid driver’s licence. Competencies And Attributes: Good communication, excellent planning and organizing skills. Good liaison skills with other role players/clients, report writing, project management, analytical, rational decision making and interpersonal skills. Professionalism and Integrity. Creativity and innovative thinking.

Duties

Coordinate the auditing of identified critical areas. Performing visits and PERSAL audits in the regions. Monitoring of the implementation of the PERSAL data management and access security policy and procedure. Identify discrepancies on human resource data (NMIR- National Minimum Information Requirements) and monitor the rectification thereof. Management of performance information, human resources, finance and assets.
