Requirements

Recognized three (3) year Degree or National Diploma in Transport Management/Logistics/Supply Chain Management or relevant qualification with 3-5 years’ experience in similar environment. Computer literate. Valid driver’s licence. Competencies And Attributes: Problem solving and decision making. facilitation, presentation, conflict management, training, communication, time management skills. Coaching and mentoring. Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 and treasury regulations. Service delivery and client orientation. Knowledge of procedure manual on transport. Integrity and honesty. Assertiveness. Influence and impact and ability to network.

Duties

Administer and support the allocation and management of subsidised vehicles to management and other role-players. Monitor utilisation of subsidised vehicles and update relevant statistics. Implement and execute policies and procedures related to subsidised vehicles. Compile and provide utilisation statistics and management information reports. Management of performance information, human resources, finance and assets.
