Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: Qualification that allows registration with the SANC as a Staff Nurse. Registration with a professional council: Registration with the SANC as a Staff Nurse. Experience: Grade 1: None. Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years appropriate/recognizable nursing experience after registration with the SANC as a Staff Nurse. Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years appropriate/recognizable nursing experience after registration with SANC as a Staff Nurse. Inherent requirements of the job: Valid (code B/EB) driver’s license. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Good communication, planning, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Enhance patient care through the implementation of SOP’s, policies, and guidelines.

Duties

Development and implementation of basic patient care. Provide basic clinical nursing care. Effective utilization of physical and financial resources. Maintain professional growth/ethical standards and self-development.
