Requirements

A Senior Certificate / National Certificate (Vocational) NQF Level 4; plus, A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience, plus A valid drivers licence (minimum code B). Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required: Job Knowledge. Knowledge of Supply Chain Practices and legislative frameworks governing the Public Service. Knowledge of Treasury Regulations. Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act. Knowledge of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment. Good interpersonal relations. Computer skills. Planning and organisation skills. Language skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate should be innovative, flexible, independent, timeframe driven, meticulous, believe in confidentiality, be proactive, honest, reliable, patient, committed, professional, have perseverance, have integrity and be punctual. He/she should also be teamwork orientated.

Duties

Supervise and render asset management clerical services. Supervise and render demand and acquisition clerical services. Supervise and undertake logistical support services. Supervise Human Resource/staff.
