Being hired without an interview is not good luck. It removes the step where you would ask questions, and it is used to move you quickly to the part where you pay or hand over documents.

Poor grammar, odd capitalisation, or excessive emojis

Odd capitalisation, heavy emoji use and broken grammar in a corporate offer suggest it was not written by the company being named. Treat it as a reason to verify, not proof on its own.
