Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. No experience required. Basic computer literacy. Competencies And Attributes: PFMA Chapter 5. Treasury Regulations, Public Service Regulations. White Paper on Corrections (applicable sections). PASM chapter 15, BAS, GRAP. Supply Chain Manuals –Procurement, PASM chapter 12, 14, 15. Labour legislation. Plan, organise, leadership and control. Good interpersonal, conflict and problem-solving skills. Responsible, fairness, good judgement, assertive, initiative, integrity, credibility, accountability, integrity and innovative.

Duties

Render acquisition services. Receive requests for goods from end users. Receive and issue stores items. Receive and check goods against relevant documentation. Maintain stores records and information. Update and maintain goods registers and databases. Management of assets.
