Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent). Experience: Appropriate experience in Human Resource Management: Recruitment and Selection. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work in a team. Computer skills. Extensive knowledge of HR Policies, procedures, practises relevant to Recruitment and Selection.

Duties

Render a recruitment and selection function. Ensure paid and unpaid employment contract are accurately and timeously issued. Assist with grievances/disputes linked to recruitment and selection. Compile database on status of advertised posts. Supervise and develop subordinates.
