PERSONNEL OFFICER

Requirements

Qualification and Experience: A National Senior Certificate/Grade 12/Matric plus NQF Level 6 as recognised in HRM/Public Management/ Public Admin or equivalent qualification as recognized by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). Computer literacy, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Virtual meeting platforms. A valid driver's license except for people with disabilities. Knowledge And Skills: Good verbal and writing communication skills. Good interpersonal skills.

Duties

Implement human resource administration practices. Implement conditions of services (Leave, Housing, Medical, Injury on Duty, Long Service Recognition, Overtime, Relocation, Pension, Allowances, PILIR etc.). Performance Management. Termination of service (indicate the steps). Address human resource administration enquiries. Compile statistics.
